This was the mix that had me doing many trials to get things to where I wanted.
It’s a flour designed for yeasted breads, buns & English muffins.
However, the beauty of gluten free comes into play here. No double-rises & lengthy wait times for proofing. Donuts are ready to fry & eat in under an hour! And can be served warm. It’s highly recommended in fact.

Again, this is a soft dough that is still easy enough to handle & shape. Just stick to the recipes. I tried it many ways but found a recipe using mostly water, a little milk of choice & no eggs (yes) gave me the softest dough that baked easily. Get creative with the fillings too. Check it out.
