The mix is made with 50% **wholegrain brown rice flour**. It has been tweaked many times over the years to get it just right. Low in sugar it allows you to control your sweetness, or even switch up sugars.
It has the ability to create light & **fluffy pancakes,** **crispy waffles** and many **quick bread** recipes.
Try the **sticky toffee** pudding for a restaurant quality **dessert.** (This can be prepared ahead, frozen & reheated in 60 seconds! Sauce & all!)

This mix is made with 50% wholegrain brown rice flour & only a little organic cane sugar. This allows the homebaker to control sweetness & even type of sugar.

Try the banana bread, date & walnut or pumpkin bread with coconut sugar or the suggested low amount of brown sugar option.

The flour also contains only a touch of xanthan gum.

While I don’t refer to it as an all-purpose flour it works incredibly well with the tried & tested recipes, but feel free to experiment with your favorite quick bread recipes.

This combination creates a plethora of options from one bag:

The flour mix contains a little organic cane sugar. It also contains baking powder & soda to create the ideal base for the quick breads. 1/2 of a bag is 250 g.

Each bag makes 2 of the loaf recipes in this chapter, or 15 pancakes, 24 crepes etc.

If you’re a fan of pumpkin, never mind the season, this cake is incredibly tender & delicious.
